Project playable in X platforms

We should add checkboxes that you can tick for saying in which platforms your project is playable. So for instance, it can be mobile, desktop, consoles, and web. So when people are voting the submission, they know for which platforms the video is supposed to be targeting. This will also help in the future to decide if we want or if we have enough mobile projects or web projects to decide to make a different showreel specifically for them instead of bundling all together like we are doing now.

@coppolaemilio I added the platform field, I was thinking whatkind of validation and behaviour do we want for this field? Should they pick at least one option, should they be able to pick multiple, what values should we support?

I would force the user to choose at least one, I also added the tools section there because some users asked about this, but I am not sure if that is something we still want moving forward.
